hello Robin in reply to your message i am not the person you have a booking with as i do not own a caravan in Winthorpe i am having this issue alot recently as alot of people are contacting me stating they have a booking but it is not with me it is with S&l caravan holidays i have been in contact with booking .com to try and get this rectified but at the minute i am getting nowhere with them as i am still having people either call me or cintact me stating they have a booking with me which they do not , i am sorry i can not help you any further and hope you can get this sorted out perhaps try contacting booking .com and explain to them and see if they can help you with an email address maybe for the owner of S&L caravan holidays
